BRANCH SALES MANAGER

 

Westel, Inc., a Texas based Telecom Company established in 1981, and equal opportunity employer, is seeking a Branch Sales Manager for the following markets:

 

-          San Antonio, TX

 

The Branch Sales Manager position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.  The primary function of the Branch Sales Manager is to meet or exceed their market forecast while operating at or below their market’s budget.  Branch Sales Managers will maintain forecasted headcount, service existing customer base to reduce market attrition, train develop and support Account Executives, and oversee branch operations.  This position will also trouble-shoot customer problems and provide solutions, be the intermediary between branch offices and corporate departments, is responsible for timely submission of payroll and other reports, ordering supplies for branch office, and analyzing market conditions and competition. 

 

 

Candidates should possess a good driving record, bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, have management and sales experience and have experience in the telecom industry.
